Summer Workout Calendar

Attached you will find a generic workout calendar that can prepare you for the upcoming season. This schedule is created to try and get you up to 35 miles per week. This can be altered by your ability level if you so choose. If you would like Coach Udel and I to make a customized summer workout plan for you, please contact us and we will create a plan to best prepare you at your current ability level.
